3.What is the estimate prepare time?
Motors: 3-15 days .
Battery /Controllers: 25-35 days.
Other spare parts: 10-20 days.
4.Do you provide any OEM?
Yes, we can design motor for some special request.
5.What is the guarantee?
3 years for motor.2 years for battery, 1 year for the other spare parts
We will send the new one for replace together with the every next order, you dont need to send the broke goods back.
